Both. A large share of our work is sub-contract tile and flooring for general contractors, and we also take direct jobs from homeowners. The process and the standard are the same either way.

Most standard tub surrounds and showers run three to five working days from waterproofing to grout, depending on the tile size, the layout, and how much prep the walls need. Large-format tile, mosaics, and custom niches or benches add time. We give a day count with the quote so it can be built into your schedule.

Either works. Many clients pick and purchase their own tile, which gives full control over cost and selection. We are glad to advise on quantities, layout, and what will install well before you buy. We handle all setting materials, waterproofing, and trim.

Wet areas get a proper waterproofing membrane over the substrate before any tile goes up, with sealed corners, seams, and penetrations. It is the part nobody sees and the part that determines whether a shower lasts. We do not skip it or substitute for it.

Yes. We carry liability insurance and workers' compensation, and we can send certificates directly to a general contractor or homeowner on request.
